At Laczpol, we are aware that we all live and work in a finite system.
The resulting obligation to protect natural resources is therefore part of our business policy and we are committed to conducting our business activities in such a way that we minimize negative impacts on the environment and maximize positive effects.
We want to make our contribution to protecting people and the environment through sustainable practices and continuous improvements in all areas.
Due to the associated development processes in the individual divisions, the company is also faced with the task of achieving and sustainably safeguarding its corporate goals by, among other things, continuously improving its process management.
As an executive service provider, the company has different opportunities to influence the sub-aspects of sustainability, sufficiency, efficiency and consistency.

Compliance with the requirements of the Recycling Management Act through specific work and procedural instructions for all areas of the company:

Introduction of a comprehensive recycling concept for wood, paper, ceramics, plastics and metals.

Cooperation with specialized service providers to take materials from dismantling directly on site and recycle them regionally to reduce transport routes.
Establishing a decentralized logistics structure with several locations to reduce transport routes and use local resources.
